Motherboard Question: how do I find out what kind of Mobo I have? Toshiba Satellite A105-S4254? - a105-s4254 motherboard
The model is a Toshiba Satellite A105-S4254. The motherboard must be replaced, but I'm not sure eBay is correct. You can not use a program because it is not easy. I do not know where the book apart. Is there something similar to what is essential to find RAM, but for motherboards? Thank you for your intelligent responses.

Hard to say, unopened. Especially since you do not have the manual and it is useless, what you say.
If you are unsure, take it to the store where you intend to buy the motherboard and asked to select the best compatible motherboards for you. Problem solved.
