Is it better to take whey or casein before you sleep if you're trying to build muscle? - whey casein

Levanto 3 or 4 times a week and a good diet. Everyone tells me that nothing in comparison with buttermilk, but I've also heard that casein slowly released into the body during sleep and is an advantage. Would it be better if I could be a combo of both?
