Corn Syrup High fructrose not block the intestines. This is a corn, sugar is sweeter than sugar and less expensive than sugar.

The big drawback for HFCs, that when used causes the release of insulin, which promotes fat storage - at least easier than table sugar.

So if you're looking to lose body fat, HFC should be safely avoided.

Moreover, since HFCs are quickly digested, so that leaves you hungry sooner.

Although this work does not kill them, has probably little nutritional benefit. Try to avoid as much as possible.

Men's Health Magazine has a good article on HFCs are about a year to see if you can find the article to learn more about it.
