I want dramatic, but beautiful. I want to go all together and do not want to chair covers.
If one imagines each option and kindly tell me they look better?

Option 2 - very elegant, but quite different. Good choice of colors, not really a traditionalist.
2, when the chairs are made of dark wood 1 if they are light wood or painted white / black.
I also like the idea of spending on the configuration of napkins pink, but it depends on how big the blocks and the amount of pink you have on them. You do not want to overdo the accent.
Sounds like fun! I use Fuchsia and orange in my wedding!
